- We adjust your rates based on demand and competing listings to optimize your occupancy rate.
- Guests
- We reply to your guests in under 30 minutes. Check-in is self-service: we prepare the instructions and codes, and stay reachable throughout the stay.
- Welcome book
- A free digital welcome book for your property: its own page, opened with a simple QR code, covering check-in, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, appliances and our favourite local spots. Your guests find answers on their own, at any hour.
- Cleaning and linens
- Cleaning and linens are arranged for every stay, with hotel-quality linens.
- Maintenance
- Small repairs, we do ourselves at no extra cost. We also drop by every property regularly: better to spot a problem than wait for a guest to complain about it. For a real repair, we call in a tradesman we trust at the best price, and take no commission0%.
- Disputes
- If a guest disagrees, we handle the dispute.
- Police registration
- The mandatory police registration form is filled out by us, something others overlook.
- Transparency
- Booking revenue goes straight to you, then you pay us our commission. Owner reporting lets you follow everything.

Full audit
We analyze your property, its location and its potential in Marrakech. Then we set up some fifty points with you, so your home is spotless and you can run it on your own. This list stays your day-to-day guide.
