They rely on market averages and public sources cited on each page, and are neither a commitment on income nor tax or legal advice. Privacy policy
AKOEIMMO complies with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. For visitors living in the European Union, we also apply the principles of the GDPR.

For the properties we manage, each adult guest fills in the police registration form online (individual accommodation form, decree no. 2-15-865). This information is declared to the Moroccan authorities, as the law requires. The ID document is only shown on arrival: we keep no copy of it. A property’s digital welcome book contains no personal data about guests.

Your consent (sending a form, contacting us), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (audit, management), compliance with legal obligations (police registration, accounting) and our legitimate interest in measuring website traffic.
Recipients and service providers
- The AKOEIMMO partners, the only people who handle your requests. We never sell or rent your data.
- Hostinger (website and audit records hosting), Cyprus.
- Resend (sending form emails), United States.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot check on forms, no advertising cookies), United States.
- Google (Gmail for our mailbox, Google Analytics for traffic measurement), United States and Ireland.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
- The Moroccan authorities, for guests’ police registration.
Some of these providers are located outside Morocco. These transfers are limited to what the service strictly requires.
Retention
- Requests with no follow-up: 3 years after the last contact.
- Clients: for the duration of the contract, then as long as legal and accounting obligations require.
- Police registration forms: one year after departure, as required by law no. 80-14 (art. 38), then automatically deleted.
- Visit statistics (Google Analytics): 14 months.

Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Audit records and police registration forms are stored on the server, outside the public part of the website, and can only be accessed by the AKOEIMMO team, with a password.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to know how many people visit the website, which pages they read and which contact buttons they use. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_…) for up to 2 years. IP addresses are anonymised. These statistics are not used to identify you or for advertising.
You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The website works normally without them.
The website uses no other cookies, neither advertising nor social media.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing on legitimate grounds at any time. European Union residents also have the right to restriction and to data portability.
Write to us at akoeimmo@gmail.com. We reply within one month. You can also contact the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP) or, if you live in the European Union, your national data protection authority (in France, the CNIL; in the United Kingdom, the ICO).
